• Level 1 ( Daily updated Plan Room Bulletin complete with newly received projects, Bid Date Extensions, Bidders Lists, Addenda Notification, Apparent Low Bidder Info, Specifications Table-of-Contents /Drawing Index and other currently reported project information with ability to generate on-line orders to be processed in the Plan Room for pick-up, mailing/shipping etc at your instruction.

• Level 2 ( Level 1 benefits + access to scanned-to-file Plans , Specifications and Addenda which will be published on our web site so that members at this level can view their content and download offered projects to a file or plotter/printer.
